How It Works

The Initial Planning

​

I will be very happy to get an email from you.  I am interested to know your expectations, and aspirations for your trip.

We will have a few chats on the phone to get to know each other, and how best I can assist you.

After we have liaised with you and have a very good understanding about your desired trip, and all the components that are important to you, we will begin planning your adventure.

You will advise me, how involved you would like to be in the planning process.  I am able to do all the planning, booking and arranging or if you prefer we will do this with you.

Pre-travel services include:

• Booking of flights

• Booking of accommodation

• Booking of car rental/and other transportation

• Booking of unique experiences and activities

• Planning the itinerary from arrival to departure

All of the above is done with your cooperation and approval

The Trip

I can either travel with you (accompany on the flight) to the destination or meet you at the starting point of the journey.

As your Travel Companion, I will be with you, as a travel partner, assistant, organizer and good friend throughout the journey.   

This is your dream vacation and I am there to ensure that you feel secure and confident, throughout the trip.

We can decide day by day how you would like the trip to unfold or we can have everything pre-planned and booked.  We understand everyone has their own preferences in how they like to travel.

Services while travelling include:

• Driving of rental car

• Managing all bookings - hotel, restaurant, site seeing and other activities

• Dealing with local providers & local currency

• Arranging each day as per your requests

• Accompanying you on all excursions

• Stepping back when you need some alone time

Saying Goodbye

​

At the end of your vacation, we can say good bye at the airport, or I can accompany you on the flight back home. – the choice once again is yours!

​

Services at the end of the trip include:​

• Seeing you off at the airport.

• If required we will fly back home with you.

• Assisting you as much as possible before your flight or during the flight back home.
